Tia K. Singer, CMCA, PCAM

Tia K. Singer is a nationally recognized Professional Community Association Manager.  Since March 1999, she has been devoting her full attention to her own company, Singer Association Management, Inc.  She is now applying her unique background, capabilities and specialized experience to servicing Community Associations.

Prior to establishing Singer Association Management, Inc., Tia was Community Manager of the Valley Ranch Master Association, Commercial Association and Residential Association in Irving, Texas.  She has seventeen years experience in the Community Association Industry, which includes, consulting and managing services for Master Planned Communities, Planned Unit Developments, Condominiums and Townhome Associations, Commercial Associations, and Business Parks.  In addition, she has eleven years hands-on experience managing a management office.
