Forward by mail to each delinquent lot owner a past due statement for all fees due. Included in the notice will be all assessment fees due, plus any collection fees, late charges and/or interest. Mail late notices. The notices will include conditions for payment and the consequences for nonpayment. At the direction of Board, refer the account to the Association’s Attorney to file a Lien Claim Affidavit, and activate Foreclosure Action, as necessary. Coordinate communication with the Board, property owners and Attorney. Post results of collection actions (payment, legal fees, foreclosure, judgment, etc.). Provide Outstanding List monthly to each Board Member, listing delinquent accounts and action taken. |
